Return/Refund

DO NOT DETACH TAGS. Returns must be accompanied with the attached tags and receipt as proof of purchase.
Within 24 hours of delivery please report any defects to starcarvingsandaccessories@gmail.com
Items cannot be returned after 21 days.
To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition you received it.
There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns which will be deducted from the refund amount.
No returns on clearance items.
Due to COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS, we are temporarily suspending returns on selected items such as clothing, apparels and accessories including smoke pipes.

Refunds will be processed after returns are confirmed and there are no damages.
If return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Credit will be received within 5 – 10 business days.
